At Elevate Aviation Group (“EAG”), your privacy is integral to our mission of delivering confidential, safe, and trustworthy service. A fundamental part of earning that trust means being clear about how we use your information and protecting your right to privacy.
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information, being transparent about our data practices, and upholding your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, and other regional and international laws.
What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect personal data in accordance with applicable laws and only for legitimate business purposes. Some information is necessary to provide the services offered through the EAG Platform.
This includes:
- Contact Information, Account Information, and Profile Information including your first name, last name, phone number, postal address, email address, date of birth, and profile photo, some of which will depend on the features you use.
- Identity Verification and Payment Information including images of your government issued ID (as permitted by applicable laws), your ID number or other verification information, bank account or payment account information. If you are not a PJS user, we may receive payment information relating to you, such as when a PJS user provides your payment card to complete a booking.
You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information, which may include:
- Additional Profile Information such as aircraft or travel preferences.
- Other Information, such as when you fill in a form, add information to your account, post comments, or communicate with our operations team.
When you use the PJS Platform and Payment Services, we automatically collect personal information. This information may include:
- Usage Information. Such as the pages or content you view, searches for empty legs, bookings you have made, and other actions on the PJS Platform.
- Log Data and Device Information. Such as details about how you’ve used the PJS Platform (including if you clicked on links to third party applications), IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie data, and the pages you’ve viewed or engaged with before or after using the PJS Platform. We may collect this information even if you haven’t created a PJS account or logged in.
- Payment Transaction Information. Such as payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date and billing postcode, IBAN information, your address, and other related transaction details.
When you download and use any of our mobile apps, we collect certain technical information from your device to enable the app to work properly and as otherwise described in this Privacy Statement. That technical information includes:
- Device and telephone connectivity information such as your carrier, network type, network operator, subscriber identity module (“SIM”) operator, and SIM country
- Operating system and version
- Device model
- Performance and data usage
- Usage data, such as dates and times the app accesses our servers, the features and links clicked in the app, searches, transactions, and the data and files downloaded to the app
- Mobile device settings
- Other technical information such as app name, type, and version as needed to provide you with services
In compliance with the CPRA and other U.S. state laws, we disclose that we may collect "sensitive personal information", such as:
- Government IDs
- Precise geolocation (if you opt in)
- Health or biometric info (if provided voluntarily)
We do not use sensitive data for any purposes beyond what is necessary to provide requested services, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

- Within Elevate Aviation Group companies such as Private Jet Services and Elevate Jet.
- With courts, law enforcement, or government authorities where required.
- With third-party service providers for credit card processing, customer service, analytics, fraud prevention, and tailored advertising (subject to confidentiality obligations).
International Data Transfers We may transfer your information to jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where required, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other safeguards to ensure equivalent data protection.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal exceptions).

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING COMMUNICATIONS
We may collect your mobile phone number to send you text messages related to our services. SMS messages may include booking confirmations, flight updates, promotional offers, and other service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
SMS CONSENT AND OPT-IN
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Elevate Aviation Group. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You may opt-in by texting START, UNSTOP, or SUBSCRIBE to our SMS number. You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
SMS DATA PROCESSING
SMS communications are processed through our third-party service provider HubSpot. Your mobile phone number and SMS interaction data may be shared with HubSpot for message delivery and analytics. SMS data is subject to the same security and retention policies as other personal information.
LEGAL BASIS FOR SMS MARKETING
- Marketing SMS messages are sent based on your explicit consent.
- Administrative SMS messages are sent based on legitimate business interests for service delivery.
- You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting other services
SMS SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share your mobile phone number and related SMS data with HubSpot, our SMS marketing platform provider, to deliver text messages and analyze communication effectiveness. HubSpot processes this data according to their privacy policy and our data processing agreement.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory updates or changes in practices. If changes are material, we will notify you 30 days in advance by email or within the platform. Continued use of EAG after the effective date implies consent to the updated policy.
