Our Journey
1995
Elevate Jet traces its history to 1995 with the formation of its operating division, formally Keystone Aviation. Founder and CEO Greg Raiff had been refining specialized large group charters since his first brokered flight in 1989, building a boutique consultancy known for precision, speed, and operational excellence.
2000
The company expanded into bespoke aviation programs for professional sports teams, touring entertainers, and corporate groups. These complex missions required uncommon logistics planning and safety oversight, cementing the organization's reputation for reliability in time-critical travel.
2005
Private Jet Services (PJS) formally emerged as a dedicated brand focused on charter, jet cards, and airliner logistics. The company expanded into aircraft ownership advisory and management services, earning national recognition supporting professional sports leagues, Fortune 500 companies, UHNW clients, and entertainment touring.
2010
The company unified charter, management, and logistics into a shared operational backbone, managing aircraft directly and expanding globally across five continents. The decade brought significant technology investment with a proprietary in-house platform that evolved to incorporate AI and machine learning for enhanced accuracy and safety.
2022
The acquisition and integration of Keystone Aviation positioned the organization as a multi-service aviation group providing charter, aircraft management, acquisition advisory, and full-service maintenance (MRO) within one ecosystem. Unified leadership and shared resources began the transition into a modern private aviation collective.
2025
The refreshed brand architecture brings Elevate Jet, Private Jet Services (PJS), and Elevate MRO together under a single standard of excellence.
