No. You may bring your own crew. If you prefer not to, Elevate can recruit and staff pilots, flight attendants, and necessary support personnel at no additional cost. All crew assigned to your aircraft must meet Elevate’s internal standards, and you maintain full right of refusal for any crew member.
Elevate’s operations team immediately arranges a recovery solution to keep your itinerary on track. Jet Card Owners receive a guaranteed recovery aircraft at their contracted rates. Members receive priority recovery within the operational network. Elevate monitors maintenance status, crew duty limits, and repositioning constraints in real time to prevent disruptions whenever possible.
To legally charter your aircraft and generate offsetting revenue, it must be placed on an FAA Part 135 certificate. Elevate manages the regulatory approval, maintenance oversight, crew compliance, safety protocols, operational dispatch, and all administrative requirements tied to operating commercially.

The Elevate Membership requires a minimum deposit of 100K. Funds remain in your account and are drawn down per trip. There are no minimum flight hours, and pricing is calculated using intelligent routing and operational data to reduce cost and increase availability.

The card provides guaranteed availability when booked within the program’s notice windows, published interchange rates for upgrades or downgrades, and included benefits such as Wi-Fi (on eligible categories), catering for Super Mid and Heavy aircraft, recovery aircraft protection, and a five percent roundtrip discount on qualifying trips.
Yes. Membership and Jet Card trips are refundable when canceled at least ninety-six hours before departure. When canceled, Members and Jet Card Owners will see their funds or hours redeposited into their accounts. Peak periods require extended notice for guaranteed availability and cancellation.
Yes. Members receive priority access over standard ad-hoc users, especially during peak periods. Jet Card Owners receive guaranteed aircraft access when booking inside the published notice windows (ninety-six hours non-peak, one hundred forty-four hours peak).
Membership deposits remain available until used, however, after 18 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee will apply. Jet Card hours are valid on the fixed rate is valid for the first 12 months. After 18 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee will apply. Unused hours may roll over under program rules.
